Portfolio Accountant

GuideStone is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage daily operations for GuideStone Investment Services. This role involves maintaining the Books of Record, performing comprehensive data reconciliations, and ensuring accurate client reporting with a focus on private fund manager data. You will also provide backup for trading and cash-movement operations, contributing to team resilience.

• Maintain Investment and Accounting Books of Record for client accounts
• Own reconciliation processes for investment, accounting, and private fund data
• Manage and validate data within Addepar
• Produce monthly accounting, transaction, and performance reporting packages
• Perform detailed review and reconciliation of private fund activity
• Prepare quarterly advisory fee calculations and client billing
