FP&A Analyst

Commerce Bank is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting. This role involves developing financial reports, tracking operational metrics, analyzing past performance, and identifying trends to drive business results. You will collaborate with management and stakeholders to provide data-driven analysis and process improvements.

• Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
• Analyze past results and perform variance analysis
• Evaluate financial performance against plans and forecasts
