Nidec's Motion Control Engineering division is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead a team responsible for daily accounting operations, including general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting. This role ensures adherence to accounting policies, maintains internal controls, and supports audits, while also focusing on process improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

• Lead and develop accounting staff
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and internal controls
• Support internal and external audits
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Partner with Finance, FP&A, Tax, and Treasury teams
