About this role

Join Haleon as a Financial Planning, Controllership & Reporting Analyst in Poznan to support the FPCRA organization. You will provide financial analysis, reporting, and controllership support throughout the finance cycle, ensuring accurate and timely information for decision-making.

What we are looking for

Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
Perform analytical reviews of financial results and balance sheet movements
Assist with planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis
Prepare management reporting packs, dashboards, and analytics
Collaborate with Commercial Controllers, Accounting, and COE teams
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
