Staff Accountant

Teladoc Health is seeking a Staff Accountant to support financial reporting, including preparing SEC filings and assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual closes. This role involves consolidating financial information, preparing variance analyses, and collaborating with various internal teams and external auditors.

• Prepare and coordinate SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, financial statements, footnotes, MD&A, XBRL, Proxy)
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for external financial reporting
• Consolidate financial information using Oracle/FCCS
• Prepare and review reporting schedules, variance analyses, and account reconciliations
• Participate in quarterly reviews and year-end audits with external auditors
• Assist in evaluating and enhancing financial reporting and internal controls
