You will be responsible for statutory financial statements, support group reporting, and collaborate with auditors and tax advisors. • Prepare annual financial statements according to HGB for German companies
• Coordinate closing activities with Shared Service Centers

• Participate in corporate legal projects like mergers and reorganizations
