ACCOUNTING & REPORTING SPECIALIST - ACCO

As an Accounting & Reporting Specialist, you will play a key role in enhancing financial accounting and reporting processes within Accounts Payable. You will be responsible for managing payment processes, resolving queries, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and fiscal requirements.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for financial accounting and reporting
• Process vendor payments and manage transaction documentation
• Handle email and call queries from business users, providing root cause analysis
• Generate and analyze SAP reports, including unpaid items and aging analysis
• Ensure compliance with internal control and fiscal requirements for invoices
• Support internal control testing and prepare relevant documentation
