Financial Analyst II

As a Supervisor, Collections, you will oversee the daily operations of the collections team, focusing on developing and implementing effective credit approval and collection strategies. You will be responsible for analyzing accounts receivable, managing problem accounts, and ensuring the team meets cash forecast goals by reducing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO). This role involves motivating staff, conducting account reviews, preparing reports, and recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Supervise daily collections operations and staff
• Meet or exceed monthly cash forecast by reducing DSO
• Motivate and train collections team members
• Monitor and ensure timely and accurate completion of collections activities
• Conduct account reviews and recommend solutions for recurring issues
• Prepare reports and recommend process improvements
