Accounting Manager

Westlake is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee plant accounting and cost accounting for a multi-site manufacturing operation. This role ensures inventory accuracy, standard costs, and financial reporting while partnering with management to drive performance and strengthen controls. The manager will also lead financial planning and analysis and mentor a team of accountants.

• Oversee plant accounting and cost accounting activities
• Ensure accuracy of inventory valuation, standard costs, and variances
• Partner with plant management to drive financial performance
• Lead financial planning and analysis, including forecasting and budgeting
• Manage and mentor a team of Senior Cost Accountants
• Support ERP system enhancements and process automation
