Staff Accountant

Heihotels is seeking a Staff Accountant to assist the Controller in managing the financial activities of The Kartrite Resort & Waterpark. This role involves safeguarding assets, preparing financial reports, and ensuring accuracy in daily financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.

• Assist Controller in directing financial activities and safeguarding assets
• Prepare financial reports in accordance with GAAP and company standards
• Reconcile Night Audit work, city ledger accounts, and credit card transactions
• Process and pay hotel invoices, handle vendor inquiries, and reconcile statements
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and audit payroll data
• Maintain organized financial files and perform ad hoc reporting
