Tax Specialist

Join Dow's Tax team to support tax compliance, reporting, and planning activities. You will apply financial expertise to provide tax insights, collaborate with various departments, and contribute to business performance and compliance. This role offers opportunities to build expertise in taxation and financial reporting while influencing processes and guiding team members.

• Lead annual tax compliance activities and income tax returns
• Support quarterly and year-end tax accounting and reporting
• Serve as a point of contact for Tax Authorities and external auditors
• Monitor and communicate the impact of tax legislation
• Ensure compliance with SOX controls and corporate policies
• Provide tax support for mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings
