Financial Services Specialist/Accounts Payable Associate

Union College seeks a detail-oriented Financial Services Specialist/Accounts Payable Associate to manage corporate credit card programs. This role involves auditing expense reports, ensuring timely processing, and handling card issuance and maintenance. You will also support broader accounts payable functions, including invoice processing and statement reconciliation.

• Manage corporate credit card lifecycle
• Audit expense reports for accuracy and timeliness
• Process new, expired, and suspended credit cards
• Assist with supplier invoice auditing and creation
• Perform supplier statement reconciliations
• 1-3 years of Accounts Payable experience
