About this role

Manage complex budgets for university and healthcare facilities, overseeing financial operations, utility payments, and billing programs. This role involves budget development, tracking, forecasting, analysis, financial reconciliation, and reporting, while supervising a team of three FTEs.

Develop and manage annual operating budgets for university and healthcare facilities
Oversee utility payments and complex chargeback billing programs
Perform budget-to-actual monitoring and variance analysis
Supervise and coach a team of three accounting professionals
Collaborate with finance departments and leadership on financial initiatives
Experience with Workday and Excel preferred
