Manager, Consolidations & Reporting (US - Remote)

CDK Global is seeking a Manager, Consolidations & Reporting to oversee month-end consolidations and reporting activities. This role involves partnering with finance and accounting staff to ensure accuracy and integrity in financial records, researching and applying accounting concepts, and ensuring internal control compliance. The manager will also lead and develop team members, drive process improvements, and support cross-functional reporting requirements.

• Manage consolidations and reporting activities, including financial statements and disclosures under US GAAP and IFRS
• Research technical accounting topics and prepare whitepapers
• Support annual goodwill impairment study and implement accounting policies
• Partner cross-functionally with corporate accounting, financial systems, revenue, tax, and FP&A teams
• Manage month-end close and quarterly/annual reporting processes
• Lead and develop consolidations and reporting team members
