Financial Reporting Senior Analyst

This role involves reviewing and preparing various financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and SEC regulations. You will collaborate with internal teams, auditors, and external vendors to deliver high-quality client and regulatory reporting.

• Review annual, semi-annual, and quarterly financial reports
• Incorporate comments from auditors, legal, and accounting teams
• Communicate GAAP rule changes for financial statement presentation
• Provide information for notes to financial statements
• Liaise with banks, printers, and attorneys for SEC filings
• Prepare and update shareholder report schedules and calendars
