Associate Manager, Financial Analysis

Prudential is seeking an Associate Manager for Field Sales Compensation to support the accurate administration of sales incentive programs. This role involves processing payments, data validation, reconciliations, reporting, and issue resolution, partnering with various teams to ensure consistent and accurate compensation delivery.

• Process sales incentive compensation payments accurately and timely
• Support monthly and semi-monthly compensation and payroll cycles
• Create monthly variable comp summaries and forecasts
• Validate, reconcile, and analyze data from multiple sources
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve issues before payroll processing
• Prepare and maintain audit-ready documentation
