Senior Accountant

Join Morsco as a Senior Accountant to manage core general accounting functions, including reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting. This role also leads our ESG audit process, requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather and validate sustainability data. The ideal candidate has strong technical accounting expertise and a keen eye for detail, balancing routine tasks with emerging ESG reporting needs.

• Manage journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and variance analyses
• Lead ESG audit coordination and data validation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ESG reporting
• Support annual financial audits and technical accounting research
• 4-5 years of accounting experience with CPA required
