Staff Accountant

Discovery Land Company is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support their Corporate Accounting team in Scottsdale, Arizona. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with month-end and year-end close processes, and ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal policies.

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Record and reconcile daily cash activity and general ledger accounts
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Prepare and analyze financial reports and variance analyses
• Support internal and external audit requests
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
