Accounting Manager

Adtran is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead general accounting and record-to-report activities for domestic and international operations. This role ensures financial information accuracy, manages the monthly close process, and provides technical accounting expertise. The manager will partner with various finance teams to drive process improvements, automation, and strong internal controls, while also leading and developing accounting team members.

• Lead global close processes and financial reporting
• Oversee general ledger management and intercompany accounting
• Enhance internal controls and ensure SOX compliance
• Champion SAP optimization and automation initiatives
• Manage and develop accounting team members
• Partner with finance, FP&A, Tax, and Treasury teams
