• Manage outsourced accounting services and financial reporting for multiple clients
• Lead, coach, and develop accounting professionals, including offshore teams
• Oversee client onboarding, system setup, and process implementation
• Review financial statements, management reports, and client deliverables
• Partner with clients on budgeting, forecasting, and KPI development
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with management responsibilities
