Financial Analyst 5

Lead strategic process improvement initiatives across Finance to drive standardization, automation, and simplification of end-to-end finance processes. Partner with global stakeholders to enhance efficiency, quality, and business outcomes. This role requires deep finance process knowledge, strong analytical skills, and expertise in Lean Six Sigma and digital transformation.

• Optimize end-to-end finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A)
• Lead process mapping, value stream analysis, and redesign initiatives
• Apply Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies
• Identify and implement automation opportunities using RPA, AI, and ERP
• Collaborate with global Finance leaders and cross-functional teams
• Ensure process improvements maintain compliance with controls and policies
