Financial Controller

Lead financial operations in India, overseeing internal controls, treasury, and accounting for two legal entities. You will manage close processes, advise on technical accounting, and drive SOX compliance. This role involves leading audits, ensuring regulatory compliance, and partnering with various teams on financial strategy.

• Design and implement internal control framework
• Oversee India banking, treasury, and intercompany settlements
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Advise business leadership on technical accounting and controls
• Drive SOX and Non-SOX internal control governance
• Lead internal and statutory audits
