Area Accountant

This role performs accounting activities to record, analyze, and monitor financial information, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. The Area Accountant prepares financial reports, reconciles accounts, and may assist with managing accounting personnel and supporting audits.

• Compile and analyze financial information for journal entries and reports
• Prepare monthly and quarterly operational performance reports
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and analyze financial statements
• Assist with internal and external financial audits
• Respond to information requests from various departments
• Maintain knowledge of GAAP and company accounting policies
