Oversee SEC regulatory and financial statement filings
Manage fund expenses and Board reporting
Serve as primary contact for clients and regulatory agencies
Ensure adherence to state and federal legal/regulatory requirements
Requires 8+ years of experience in Mutual Fund Administration or public accounting
