Financial Controller, SEA

KONE is seeking a Financial Controller for their South East Asia region, based in Malaysia or Thailand. This role owns financial integrity, reporting quality, compliance, and transformation programs for KSEA legal entities. You will ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, manage external audits, and provide financial insights to leadership.

• Own KSEA financial reporting integrity, IFRS, statutory, and management reporting
• Lead balance sheet governance, internal controls, compliance, and audit processes
• Act as primary finance interface to auditors, authorities, and external stakeholders
• Own finance process governance (R2R, P2P, Treasury, Tax, Internal Controls)
• Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement of finance processes
• Provide accounting expertise and financial insights to business leadership
