Staff Accountant

The AMB Family Office is seeking a Staff Accountant to manage traditional accounting and finance duties for multiple entities. This role involves monthly reporting, reconciliations, journal entries, financial statement preparation, and annual budgeting. It requires strong Excel skills, GAAP knowledge, and full-cycle accounting experience.

• Manage general ledger transactions and monthly closing entries
• Process and approve payments, reimbursements, and credit card transactions
• Perform bank account and capital expenditure reconciliations
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages and annual budgets
• Collaborate with department heads on budgeting and reforecasting
• Support improvements in GL systems and financial reporting processes
