Financial Analyst

Lennar, a leading homebuilder, is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support internal and external financial reporting, data modeling, and accounting functions. This role involves assisting with acquisition feasibility analysis, underwriting proformas, and market trend analysis, translating data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

• Assist with financial reporting, data modeling, and ad-hoc analysis
• Support acquisition feasibility analysis and underwriting proformas
• Analyze market trends and translate data into actionable recommendations
• Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end accounting functions
• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance preferred
• Minimum 3 years of accounting or finance experience required
