Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis

Join Omers as a Senior Financial Analyst in Toronto to provide critical financial planning and analysis support for real estate operations. You will partner with business leaders to analyze revenue and expenses, prepare forecasts and reports, and identify key financial insights and strategic implications.

• Provide financial business partnership support to G&A teams
• Prepare financial analysis, including P&L, variance, and trend analysis
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and monthly/quarterly reporting
• Develop deep understanding of key business drivers
• Contribute to management presentations and executive committee deliverables
• Improve processes leveraging automation tools
