Controller, Accounting & Reporting

Kontoor Brands is seeking a Controller of Accounting and Reporting to oversee global accounting and financial reporting, including SEC filings and internal management reporting. This role leads the Corporate Accounting & Reporting team and collaborates across departments and with external advisors on strategic initiatives and compliance matters. The position reports to the Chief Accounting Officer.

• Oversee global accounting and financial reporting processes
• Lead SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K) and disclosure reviews
• Manage the Corporate Accounting & Reporting team
• Lead technical accounting research and implementation of new standards
• Coordinate external audit procedures and collaborate on strategic transactions
• Provide accounting and reporting leadership for sustainability initiatives
