Regional Financial Controller

OLIVER Agency is seeking a Regional Financial Controller in Kuala Lumpur to oversee financial compliance, audits, and reporting across APAC markets. This role involves collaborating with local and group finance teams, auditors, and legal departments to ensure timely and accurate financial operations and statutory compliances.

• Manage group and local audits for accounting and taxation compliance
• Serve as the primary contact for group auditors and finance teams
• Collaborate with local finance teams to ensure timely statutory audits
• Partner with legal and tax departments for company filings and tax returns
• Reconcile management results to audited accounts and track audit adjustments
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, group policies, and procedures
