You will analyze financial data, evaluate performance against plans, and identify trends to drive operational effectiveness and strategic initiatives within a dynamic healthcare environment.

• Analyze financial data and develop financial models
• Perform variance analyses and identify financial trends
• Evaluate actual financial results against budgets and forecasts
• Compile, organize, and interpret large datasets
• Read, write, and edit SQL queries for data analysis
• Prepare and present analytical findings to leadership
