Property Tax Analyst

Circle K is seeking a Property Tax Analyst to manage real and personal property tax obligations. This role involves researching tax bills, maintaining records in property tax software, communicating with taxing authorities, and coordinating with external consultants and offshore teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and cross-cultural communication abilities.

• Research real and personal property tax bills
• Enter, update, and maintain property tax software records
• Communicate with tax assessors, collectors, and treasurers
• Coordinate with offshore team members and external consultants
• Monitor work queues for missing bills and exceptions
• Assist with preparing tax bills for payment
