Accountant

JBT Marel is seeking an Accountant to support their Mexico operations, focusing on Accounts Payable and daily finance functions. This role involves processing invoices, managing expense reports, supporting payment cycles, and reconciling accounts to ensure compliance and accuracy.

• Process and validate supplier invoices
• Manage Concur expense reports and employee reimbursements
• Support AP payment cycles and vendor statement reconciliation
• Prepare monthly accruals and AP-related month-end close activities
• Reconcile AP accounts and investigate discrepancies
• Maintain audit trails for internal control and tax compliance
