Senior Loan Portfolio Analyst

Northmarq is seeking an experienced Senior Loan Portfolio Analyst to join their Servicing team in Bloomington, MN. This role focuses on commercial mortgage risk management and customer service, involving financial statement analysis, loan surveillance, and coordinating loan payoffs. The position requires strong analytical and communication skills, with a deadline-driven and detail-oriented approach.

• Analyze financial statements and rent rolls for commercial real estate loans
• Perform loan watchlist/surveillance and manage reserve disbursements
• Audit new loan boarding and analyze borrower consent requests
• Calculate and coordinate loan payoffs and satisfy investor requirements
• Manage a portfolio of commercial real estate loans and support senior team members
• Provide customer service to lenders, borrowers, and internal staff
