Accounting Manager

Brex is seeking an Accounting Manager to ensure the integrity of financial records and develop scalable processes. This role involves owning expense reporting, cost attribution, and designing tracking frameworks for integrations. You will partner with cross-functional teams to build systems for cost tracking and reporting, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to process improvements.

• Own cost side of P&L reporting, managing expense allocation and attribution
• Design and implement framework for reporting integration costs
• Manage end-to-end process for internal-use software capitalization
• Create sustainable, repeatable, and scalable processes with documentation
• Ensure timely close through journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analytics
• Identify and deliver process improvements via automation and AI
