Senior Associate, Private Debt Finance

Audax Private Debt is seeking a Senior Finance Associate in Boston to manage financial reporting and accounting for their Private Debt Funds. This role involves preparing financial statements, investor deliverables, and collaborating with various internal teams and external auditors.

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Prepare monthly and quarterly MD&A on fund performance
• Review fund administrator's work
• Prepare and review capital calls and distributions
• Track and update portfolio investments and interest payments
• Manage daily cash, monitoring, and reconciliation
