Director, Accounting and Controllership

Lead Carrier's accounting organization, ensuring financial integrity and compliance for a business unit. Oversee daily accounting activities, provide financial insights for strategic decisions, and manage a team of accounting professionals. This role is responsible for financial statement preparation, consolidation, and period-end close processes.

• Oversee daily accounting activities and ensure US GAAP and SOX compliance
• Provide timely and reliable financial insights to support leadership
• Guide and develop a team of accounting professionals
• Manage financial statement preparation, consolidation, and period-end close
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and controls
• Possess 10+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience
