About this role

Ensemble is seeking a Financial Operations Associate Analyst to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, resolving issues, and organizing data to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and accrual processes. You will play a key part in supporting client onboarding, data validation, and identifying process improvements within our revenue cycle management solutions.

What we are looking for

Support new client onboarding by interpreting contracts and documenting invoicing requirements
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of client invoicing and accrual data
Gather, analyze, and validate reported data for accuracy and completeness
Identify opportunities for process improvement through data reviews and audits
Analyze variances and trends to identify potential issues and provide insights to leadership
Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses as requested
