Finance Controller

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher company, is seeking an experienced Finance Controller for its India legal entity in Bengaluru. This on-site role is responsible for accounting, financial reporting, taxation, and internal controls, ensuring compliance with US and local GAAP and tax laws. The position involves leading the finance team and collaborating with various stakeholders.

• Manage accounting, financial reporting, and taxation for the India legal entity
• Ensure compliance with US and local GAAP and tax regulations
• Implement and maintain internal controls
• Lead financial close, audits, and statutory filings
• Oversee general accounting functions including AP, inventory, and reconciliations
• Recruit, motivate, and develop the finance team
