Staff Accountant 1 - Entry Level

• Process monthly payroll for graduate assistants, faculty, and professional staff
• Perform retroactive payroll calculations and resolve processing errors
• Calculate gross pay and deductions for manual payroll actions and terminations
• Ensure compliance with IRS regulations for nonresident employees
• Assist with fringe benefits loading and reconciliation
• Support summer school payments and special projects
