Senior Financial Analyst

TJX Canada is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to drive strategic decision-making through impactful financial analysis. This role partners closely with leadership to optimize payroll forecasting, support capital planning, and enhance workforce efficiency. You will lead high-impact projects, present to senior leaders, and influence long-term business strategies by turning complex data into actionable insights.

• Perform complex data and trend analysis to support leadership decisions on store activities
• Prepare payroll budgets, Rolling Plan, and Original Plan
• Provide financial support for workforce efficiency projects and enhance forecast accuracy
• Prepare and present payroll reporting to senior leaders
• Lead Store Operations capital budgeting, monthly forecasting, and reporting
• Develop complex business models and conduct ad hoc analysis
