Alternative Investments – Fund Engagement Associate

Join the Alternative Investments team within Wealth Management to support a variety of investment products. You will partner with external fund managers and administrators, as well as internal teams, to ensure accurate reporting and improve operational processes. This role involves detailed analysis, problem-solving, and driving accountability for a high-quality client experience.

• Engage with Fund Managers and Fund Administrators for operational efficiency
• Develop expertise in alternative investment products and platform systems
• Analyze position- and fund-level data for issues and remediation
• Support UHNW client accounts with data quality and reporting accuracy
• Research, analyze, and remediate valuation breaks and reporting discrepancies
• Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen controls and improve operations
