Director, Commercial (Pricing), Finance

Monks is seeking a Director, Commercial (Pricing) to join their Finance team in New York. This hybrid role reports to the Head of Commercial Finance and focuses on supporting senior Commercial and Operations teams, with a key emphasis on pricing contract renewals. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted financial partner, shaping deal economics, protecting margins, and ensuring alignment between contract terms and operational execution.

• Lead commercial structuring for new business, scope expansions, and large renewals
• Build, review, and challenge pricing models
• Coordinate with global teams on cross-market deals and standardized pricing approaches
• Forecast P&L for account renewals
• Identify margin risks and opportunities and recommend corrective actions
• Maintain deep understanding of commercial contract terms and manage commercial and contractual risk
