Financial Analyst III - Accounting Operations

This role involves conducting technical research and analyzing financial, tax, and regulatory information for senior management and external parties. You will be responsible for problem resolution, data interpretation, variance analysis, and preparing complex financial reports while ensuring adherence to internal controls and accounting principles.

• Mentor junior team members and provide cross-training
• Prepare complex financial schedules, reconciliations, and regulatory reports
• Perform variance analysis and data interpretation
• Ensure adherence to GAAP, SEC, and bank regulatory requirements
• Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives
