Sr. Accountant (Fixed Assets)

This Senior Accountant role focuses on managing the firm's fixed assets, ensuring accurate data in the General Ledger and Fixed Asset system. Responsibilities include recording acquisitions and disposals, tracking project costs, performing reconciliations and depreciation calculations, and managing property tax filings.

• Maintain accurate fixed asset data in GL and Fixed Asset system
• Record fixed asset acquisitions, transfers, and disposals
• Perform fixed asset reconciliations and depreciation calculations
• Manage property tax returns and compliance
• Review fixed assets for obsolescence and recommend disposals
• Collaborate with management on fixed asset policies and analyses
