Lead Accountant

As a Lead Accountant at Vertex Education, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of accounting services for our clients. You will own complex accounting tasks, provide technical guidance, and coach junior team members. • Lead month-end close for complex client entities
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and flux analysis
• Research and document technical accounting matters
• Provide coaching and feedback to junior accounting staff
• Support audit preparation and financial reporting
• Drive process improvements for consistency and transparency
