Senior Accountant / Tax Manager

Abbott is seeking a Senior Accountant/Tax Manager in Almaty, Kazakhstan to manage tax reporting, lease accounting, and fixed asset accounting. This role involves liaising with government authorities and preparing various financial reports for a global healthcare leader.

• Prepare and submit tax reports including CIT, VAT, and transfer pricing
• Manage lease accounting per IFRS 16
• Maintain fixed asset accounting
• Liaise with government authorities on tax matters
• Prepare financial and corporate reporting
• Strong knowledge of Kazakhstan tax and accounting legislation
