Senior Associate, Portfolio Operations (Private Markets)

HarbourVest is seeking a Senior Associate for Portfolio Operations in their Private Markets team. This hybrid role involves supporting portfolio management and operational execution, including IBOR reconciliation, data management, and coordinating with external fund administrators. • Support private markets portfolio management and operational execution
• Conduct daily IBOR reconciliation and resolve reconciliation breaks
• Perform daily and monthly investment data reconciliations
• Oversee and coordinate third-party administrator relationships
• Enhance data reporting tools and automation processes
• Requires 5-7+ years of experience in private markets and portfolio operations
