Finance Analyst I

RTX is seeking an entry-level Finance Program Cost Controls Analyst to join their Tomahawk Advanced Programs Finance team in Tucson, AZ. This role offers training in Earned Value Management Systems, Estimate at Completion processes, and financial reporting using various business tools. The analyst will provide comprehensive financial support from proposal to program execution.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Math or related field
• Less than 2 years of relevant experience
• Understanding of basic financial principles including forecasting and/or budgeting
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
• U.S. citizenship required
• Secret clearance required

• Requires a Top Secret security clearance.
