Finance Analyst, FP&A

ESAB is seeking a Finance Analyst, FP&A to support financial planning and analysis for the organization. This role involves preparing regular and ad-hoc reports, consolidating financial data, and collaborating with finance leaders across the business. The position is based at the World Headquarters in North Bethesda, MD, with a hybrid work arrangement.

• Support financial planning and analysis function
• Prepare and provide regular and ad-hoc reports
• Consolidate and analyze YTD and project financial performance
• Monitor and analyze Financial Statements (P&L, SG&A, Balance sheet and Cash Flow)
• Coordinate closing activities, budgeting, planning and budgetary control
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
